HARRISBURG, Pa. —
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now recommending that children 2 and older wear masks in public.
The new CDC recommendations state:
Children 2 or older should wear masks in public places, particularly indoors.
If younger than 2, or for children who cannot wear masks, they should limit their contact with adults who are not fully vaccinated.
The CDC says one of the best ways adults can protect children is by getting the vaccine themselves.
Other standard guidelines continue to apply, such as:
Hand-washing.
Get a COVID-19 test for anyone showing symptoms.
If a child gets sick, keep them home and follow any advice from their doctor.
Pennsylvania’s acting secretary of health and acting physician general were at Harrisburg’s Whitaker Center on Wednesday afternoon to talk about their recommendations for protecting children against the virus.
"While the statewide mask guidance has been lifted, it’s important that we continue to take steps to keep ourselves, our children, our friends and family safe. I urge everybody to get vaccinated and to follow CDC guidance so we can gather together safely," said Department of Human Services (DHS) Acting Secretary Meg Snead. "We must remain vigilant and continue working together to prevent further spread of COVID-19 between children and families."
"COVID-19 vaccines are the best tools we have to protect against COVID-19 and any variants of the virus," Acting Physician General Dr. Denise Johnson said. "Vaccines are also a way to protect those who cannot get the vaccine yet, such as children under the age of 12. We’re encouraging everyone, especially parents of young children, to consider getting vaccinated. We have the power to stop the spread of this virus and keep ourselves, our children, friends and family safe by getting vaccinated."

LOL, good luck with that. My wife works in an elementary school and from K to at least 2nd grade you would get zero teaching done if you spent your time going around putting masks back on kids. It would be like the Lucy episode at the chocolate factory. You can’t keep up.
I can’t follow the day to day changes. How does this affect kids in school?

Last week the CDC mandated masks on all prenatal children.
Masks don’t work.
There has never been a study showing they do.
NO I will not face smother children or myself. I am done with it all. If you want to wear one fine. I will not.
This CHILD ABUSE. It must be stopped. Why do people just bow down to the CDC? They are NOT all-knowing!
That’s why workers in virology laboratories wear full protective suits with lines to allow for breathing. They do not wear cloth masks from Old Navy.
So the vax doesn’t work. Isolation doesn’t work. Nothing works except the danm mask. So all this fuss over the vax is for what?
It’s for control. First you make the public miserable, then you tell them that government will keep them safe and make them happy.
This is cruelty to those kids. It’s polluting their minds with stupid ideas. But then, isn’t that the whole purpose of public schools?
Something tells me they haven’t yet finished reaping the benefits of the Covid Crisis that they created and that our future includes more isolation, more face bikinis, more jabbing, more stupid talk and lies, more control.

Defund the CDC. Oops. I mean defund the entire federal government. The role of government is to protect our freedoms, not destroy them. So let’s just get rid of them.

When does this madness and stupidity end? The CDC are not elected, and do not represent the people, but seem to dictate “ law”. Wake up America, we the people need to end this evil agenda now.
Where do we buy toddler sized masks?
This is all silliness. Guys with full beards wearing little surgeon’s masks. People wearing bandanas. Women making homemade masks out of whatever material they think is pretty. Chain stores having masks made with their logo.
None of it tested.
Two year olds can’t keep their pants on much less masks.
Right, limit them from their parents who haven’t been jabbed twice or six times. Uh huh, y’all don’t think there’s a plan behind this vax push?
