On Monday afternoon, MSNBC provided global warming alarmist and Penn State University professor Michael Mann his latest forum to blame fossil fuels for extreme weather as fill-in host Chris Jansing hosted a discussion during the 3:00 p.m. Eastern hour about recent wildfires in the West and flooding in Germany.
After correspondent Jake Ward concluded a report by claiming that "the effects of climate change" are "amplifying this natural fire cycle," Jansing brought in Mann and talked about her own reaction to seeing the floods in Germany: "It really hit me as we were seeing these first flood waters come into Germany last week when the environment minister there said simply, 'Climate change has come to Germany.'"
She then asked, "To what extent is climate change to blame for what we're seeing in Western Europe?"
The environmental activist immediately blamed the burning of fossil fuels for recent bad weather, and suggested that such extreme weather was a choice made by those who continue using such fuel:

Did he shake his hockey stick?
Why doesn’t More Socialism Now Bring on Communism, have an accompanying disclaimer stating things like “Not one prediction by Michael Mann has ever proven true”, and maybe have a learn more link that examines every quote and prediction since the 90s, maybe even list his involvement in climategate?
Ok. Everyone remember the CNN guy told Project Veritas that this would be the next campaign, the next big hype just like they hyped the Russian collusion hoax.
They use this lie as secular religion which becomes a basis to implement totalitarianism.
Saw that doofus on a Shark Week program.
Claiming climate change was responsible for shark attacks.................
Germany pays triple what we do for electricity. That hasn't stopped their climate from changing? Maybe they need to triple their costs.....again?
Not Trump? It must be difficult manufacturing pretend outrage these days, with so many targets.
German floods were the direct result of mismanagement of flood control dams across Germany. They knew heavy rains were coming, and they had dams full to the brim with water coming down from mountain streams and rivers already, yet they didn’t bother to release excess water and reduce the levels to manage new rainfall. Of course they blamed climate change, otherwise they would have to take responsibility for their incompetence and negligence.
As for Mann, he will lie every time he opens his mouth if it fits his narrative, so there is that.
For a $2500 a plate dinner attended by 6000, Michael Mann will report climate change is caused by Islam and communism.
Germany flooded about 15 years ago and has throughout history. In what area of science does this professor have a PhD?
They should have had Mark Steyn on for counter-opinion.
MSNBC is Comcast
Nothing said about the rash of volcanoes popping off in the last few months, right?
They just keep recycling these liars and lies...
There’s no such a thing as a fossil fuel..
So just how many friggin’ dinosaurs would there have to have been? It’s not like we don’t know EVERYTHING about what goes on on this planet. :-}
honesty ever since the shutdowns last year everything weather wise has bene out of whack I think the left that we were putting less water vapor and particualte into the atmosphere resulted in less clouds and therefor more sunlight hitting the surface making the planet get warmer due to that excess sunlight so yes the lockdowns caused some temperary warming of the planet now if we could just get the environmentalists to realize this and pit them against the covid fear karens
If you want to know, I did the math, based upon what we know today..
Largest possible oil deposits from dead dinosaurs minus currently known oil reserves... the answer is false..
Mann has been criticized by statisticians Stephen McIntyre and (former president of the Royal Statistical Society) David Hand for faulty statistical methodology which distorts his results. Recently the Canadian Supreme court dismissed a court case and ordered Mann to pay the legal fees of Climate Scientist Timothy Ball who said Mann doesn’t belong at Penn State but should be in the State Penn for his bad math. Mann sued Ball for defamation but Ball challenged his math in courts and the courts ordered Mann to produce his math for review but he refused.
Sad that “the” leading scientist for the theory of man-made climate change is a total fraud.
