The Republican Elder said in a statement issued late Monday that he filed all the necessary paperwork to qualify to run in the election that could remove Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom from office, including over 300 pages of tax returns that are required to become a candidate. But the Secretary of State’s office did not include Elder on a preliminary list of 41 candidates issued last weekend, saying he filed incomplete information on those returns connected to redaction issues.

I’m not so sure. I’m speculating, just as you are. But the rulings that come out of the Sacramento County Superior Court on election issues are usually pretty straight. I’ll make the opposite prediction and we’ll see what happens
Even if he got on the ballot his snake oil ads on TV will make him out as a joke.

He’s out to kick up dust and muddy the water.
Conservatives don’t need him or the tranny running.
I haven’t heard about his views. Where does he stand?
Not to mention they control the courts in this jurisdiction.
And it generates negative headlines against Elder even if he does prevail to get on the ballot, tainting his image even if it is ultimately meritless.
It doesn’t matter where he is on the issues if his hokey snake oil ads make him out as a clown.
Just as well run Pat Boone or Jimmy Dean.

Larry Elder is as big a threat to the left as Trump if not greater. Passionate , eloquent, highly intelligent and black. It’s like that Eddie Murphy line: “I’m your worst nightmare, a n****r with a badge!”
