Martial law WAS declared, by the occupation of the Capitol and other Federal grounds AFTER the events of January 6th were dispersed. The right time for deployment of the National Guard was BEFORE the known but confidential decision was made to ALLOW the occupancy of the Capitol during the joint meeting of the House and Senate.
That was all by preplanning and collusion between elements of the Democrat-Socialist party and their shock troops, the Antifa/BLM members acting under a “false flag” in carrying out this invasion, and certain key members of the Capitol Police.
And it almost worked. The subsequent actions of the FBI and the Department of Justice, in arresting only certain players that day and in the ensuing weeks after, first ascertaining the political affiliation of those arrested, and ignoring (or feigning ignorance) of a small number of agents provocateurs who did the preponderance of the mischief and damage, while giving instruction to the larger crows that followed the leaders into the Capitol.
That’s my version of the events and I’m sticking to it.
