Back in April, Nova Southeastern said vaccines were required.
Then the legislature and governor passed a law saying no school, government or business could require proof.
In May, Nova Southeastern announced they would comply by the letter and spirit of the law.
Now in July they are reversing themselves again.
Not good.

The Biden Administration seems to feel that they are doing an excellent job scaring everyone about COVID, ignoring Cuba, and dealing with so many "unexpected" economic downturns. But can their good cheer last? I'd say their pride goeth before the Fall.

The article does not mention the presenting of proof.
CEO should be prosecuted for predatory behavior.

DeSantis should deny any state aid, including Bright Futures and pre paid state tuition programs from being used at the NSU. Announce it today so students can plan accordingly.

People who have had Covid and have antibodies should sue. They should not be forced to take the vaccine.

I believe these schools have to be chartered by the state they
exist in. Declare them in non-compliance with state law and
shut them down.
They’ll change their mind again in 48 hours.
