They have said they plan to and actually a nearby county where I live has a guide sheets for door-to-door door-knockers.
It is early in the process. Not sure how much ground has been covered...and you could be in a well-vaccinated area where they won’t be targeting as intently.
The form I saw from a nearby County Health Dept. said to disregard “No Soliciting” signs, because the door-knockers are not soliciting...they are sharing information. (I am serious!)
