Is any of this Constitutional?

Yes, because OFFICIALLY it is not the government doing it, just "friends" and "allies" of the government. That is how Biden gets around it.

Correct.

Freedom minus Christianity = Libertarianism

Mea culpa: that was me a decade or so ago. I could not have imagined today’s corporate-gubmint tyranny coming to America.

NewsMax was talking about this last night. The government can’t do it, but they can get corporate media to do it.

Censorship and propaganda by the request of the government, implemented by an allied third party. And even if they do not want to do it...they will because of the threat of losing their protections or even their licenses.
