COVID has been a wrecking ball on the U.S. and world’s economies, devastating businesses, families, and individuals. How much of what we have been told by government “experts,” parroted by the media, has been false, either by design or incompetence?
One can debate how much destruction was due to the actual virus versus the response to the virus, diktats handed down from government and medical bureaucrats supposedly following the science, but in reality, following the political winds or their own partisan agendas.
Much of the so-called guidance was based not on science but instead a much simpler concept. If President Trump said X, then the Democrats, media, and administrative state said not-X, castigating and attempting to ruin anyone with the audacity to agree with Trump.
The Wuhan coronavirus did not become a household name until March 2020 when the business closures, lockdowns, and stay-at-home orders began. Before that it was just a minor news story yet even then the media was spewing anti-Trump sentiment.
In late January, Trump authorized a travel ban from China when there were only a few confirmed COVID-19 cases in the U.S. Did he know something about the true origins of the virus? Was he once again ahead of the curve?

Last year, we had a president you could pretty much trust; he was improving our country & this year we have one that you are better off if you pay no attention to & he is ruining the country. THIS is the president that they should be trying to impeach.
The really essential takeaway from this whole thing is that no virus is a wrecking ball to society. The 1918 Spanish Flu had an impact, but even that was no "wrecking ball". WWI is taught in school. The Great Depression is taught in school. The Spanish Flu? Mostly forgotten. It didn't change anything. Disease is rarely an existential crisis. And certainly COVID is not an existential crisis.
Over-reaction to a mild virus has been a wrecking ball on the U.S. and world’s economies, devastating businesses, families, and individuals.
The lesson is: don't over-react. If we had totally ignored this thing, we would have been better off.
He should be impeached for imploring his justice department for depriving basic human and Constitutional rights to the inmates in the Gulag in DC.

The mountain of irrefutable evidence and proof of Fauci (and others’) wrongdoing increases almost hourly. Any OTHER American involved in activity one tenth as criminal and dangerous…and with one tenth as much documented proof of his wrongdoing, would have been in front of a judge LONG ago!!!

With every disease outbreak there are two parallel epidemics:
The epidemic of the disease itself,
and
the epidemic of FEAR.
It is that latter which is the more destructive.
Purely anecdotal, but I am aware of someone who lost his wife from kidney failure that the doctors could not explain in October of 2019. Coincidence? Apparently not.

Actually, Trump did the right thing but it was already after the fact at that time. It probably did impede the rapid spread of the CCP virus from what what they, Fauci, and (possibly, probably) certain 0thers had planned, but there was no way to totally stop it. Once the CCP virus was here, it was here.
That was back in the day when people experiencing flu-like symptoms just took a week’s sick leave without having to get tested for an overhyped disease.

As I have posted here before, there were closed congressional briefings by intelligence agencies early in the COVID-19 outbreak. I am convinced, because it’s the only logical explanation for the overreaction, that the spooks could not rule out the possibility that the virus was a bio weapon.
These briefings occurred after videos coming from China showed doors being welded shut, roadblocks to isolate communities, and people collapsing in the street.
Were the analysts duped or in on the con? That’s the question.
