Grand juries are formed for a certain period of time, and hear any case the states attorney puts before them.
Defense council is not involved, and is not present at the hearing.
So from now on the jurisdiction a crime was committed in has to match the demographics of the criminal, otherwise justice has to be farmed out to a more racially suitable place?
