It has been usual for a drill to happen right before the “real thing” happens. Watch to see if it happens this time. The solution to the crisis could be universal ID required for most activity on the internet. Probably for most other activity too. Vaccine passport ID expansion is what I personally think would come out of a big cyber attack.

Since most of us would die in the event of a full shut down cyber attack I assume these groups are really getting together to 'work against Trump supporters since they're too stupid and corrupt to protect the country.
