The embattled Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) has used campaign funds to hire private security after receiving death threats, according to reports.
Cheney has spent thousands of dollars in security after the former House Republican conference chair was removed from her leadership post, in addition to voting for the impeachment of former President Donald Trump, the Hill reported.

I am a proponent of any politician refusing to do what they were elected to do getting death threats from the people who elected them.
Unfortunately, this is illegal and making such threats is shortsighted and not recommended.
But some death threats might get them to stop thinking of themselves so much and start considering who they are screwing over by padding their pockets as they so often do.
