I also would like to see a massive class action law suit by the families of COVID victims who died because therapeutics were downplayed by the media, CDC, and Fauci.
Don’t know if this is possible, but if the government and media ever deserved to be sued, this is it.

You know, standing is an Article III requirement. It’s not a made up term. It serves an important constitutional function.
Since you seem to be very versed in the standing doctrine, could you articulate the organizational standing requirements that would need to be satisfied in a lawsuit like this?

I think it's a bad idea to file anything now. Congress needs to act, clarify and limit the "standing" defenses in federal court, official immunity, extend the statute of limitation, etc. Filing now means a possible defense of res judicata that could prejudice a lawsuit after Congress acts. While I love the idea of suing these weasels, I think this action is too hasty.

An enormous Class Action Lawsuit, involving every single person in the world is warranted. Of course that won’t happen, but, as I have always been reticent of “piling on” when something like this comes to a head, I feel that now it is indeed time to “pile on” in an altogether epic fashion.
