I think it's a bad idea to file anything now. Congress needs to act, clarify and limit the "standing" defenses in federal court, official immunity, extend the statute of limitation, etc. Filing now means a possible defense of res judicata that could prejudice a lawsuit after Congress acts. While I love the idea of suing these weasels, I think this action is too hasty.
