They're violating Section 230 and have become a content provider instead of a service provider. They're also guilty of illegal campaign contributions-in-kind. They need to be charged, fined, and stripped of their Section 230 liability waiver.

I believe it might be because of the new Florida law that will fine social media companies for banning political candidates. They want to shut him up for as long as possible but as soon as he runs they’ll be in violation.
