Why would fabricated be in quotation marks?

Since We know this is inevitable, the sooner the better, so we can get this out of the way before the ‘24 election. If they file before July 4 it could be over before the ‘22 election.

This is how it’s done in communist countries. Trump is a threat, and won’t shut up. They will try to shut him up using whatever means necessary. To be honest, I’m very surprised physical harm hasn’t been employed.

Among the allegations prosecutors are investigating are whether Trump inflated the value of his Seven Springs estate in Bedford, New York, for tax breaks

I stopped reading there. My understanding of the matter is that Trump has been accused of inflating the value of real estate to obtain loans and then underestimated the value of real estate to pay lower taxes. In both cases, this is nonsensical. If you go to a bank to obtain a loan and use real estate as collateral, the bank will send its own appraisers to value your real estate. A bank that does not do so is not doing do diligence. As for property taxes, the taxing authority regularly does assessments on property values to determine the value to be multiplied by a millage rate. I think everyone who has ever owned a home and has the least bit of curiosity about the property taxes that they pay, understand that when assessments are done you do not want the taxing authority to increase the value of your home. You also know it has nothing to do with value of your home when you go to sell it. The whole notion of property taxes is flawed because given supply and demand market forces that value of a real estate can only be determined at the exact moment of a sale. Any other time it is speculation, although surrounded by a lot of formality for the appearance of validity.

I should also note that NYS has statute of limitations that range from 2 to 5 years. PDJT turned over control of The Trump Organization to his children prior to becoming president, sometime in August 2016 I believe. Do the math, starting with today's date. That gives a very small window for James and Vance to go after PDJT. Even then it will have to be fabricated.

Because of the two noted reasons and details of other false allegations, I do not think charges will be brought. These are fabrications design for one purpose. That is to allow the media to write more negative stories and try to convince people to turn on PDJT. Fortunately, those people have commonsense and it will not work. This will go in the dustbin with all the other rumors and lies about PDJT.

“Among the allegations prosecutors are investigating are whether Trump inflated the value of his Seven Springs estate in Bedford, New York, for tax breaks.”

Wouldn’t deflating the value of property result in less tax? However, what governing authority allows the tax payer to set the value of property to be taxed? If so, where is the crime?

Trump will, of course, be hit with indictments — accusations. They will ultimately not amount to anything, but what is needed are the accusations. Look how far they carried accusations of the Russian collusion hoax.

If the democrats had really believed that, they would have kept quiet and hired the Russians to rig the next election for them. Instead, they got the Chinese to do it.

I just have a vibe that arresting Trump won’t go the way they predict. It looks like one of history’s big miscalculations.
Wipe out the pacific fleet at Pearl Harbor and the Americans will sue for peace like Russia did after Tsushima.
Invade Russia and it’ll be over before fall, no need for winter gear.
Take a few thousand well trained and well lead soldiers using classic tactics and settle that rabble in Texas down.

There is so much hate being arrayed against us that we are a spark event away from a cataclysm.

This crap needs to stop. But I can’t imagine that it will.

One step up, two steps back and back up again. It’s too bad that it has to be this way but at least it’s happening.

I wonder if Roger Stone pays the Daily Mail to write these stories about him the way the Kardashians do.

And we ALL know for a fact that there have been numerous Criminal actions taken and committed by a very large number of democRAT officials throughout the entire Federal and States Governments that seem to just go “POOF!” like a hummingbird fart in a windstorm.

Nobody seems to care one whit about that.

The criminal charges are coming because the left wing enemies know that Trump and his supporters are unwilling to fight. Trump tries to deal but will not fight.

Trump faints at the sight of literal or figurative blood and thus allows his enemies to destroy him.

He as lost our war, thus handing America to our domestic enemies on a bloodless silver platter

Their goal is to try Trump in a hostile venue where facts don’t matter. Unfortunately, Trump resided in that leftist venue and paid taxes there longer than he should have — a lesson for any wealthy up-and-coming conservatives.

paying hush money to two women prior to the 2016 election.

This is what Cohen pleaded guilty to, and it isn't a crime. If there is potentially another reason other than the election -- such as protecting your family or protecting your brand -- then it's not a political contribution, and paying off settlements such as these, while it appears a bit unsavory, is not a crime.

The prosecutors know this, but count on nobody else knowing it.

Wouldn't inflating the value of the Bedford estate increase his taxes? They're claiming he did it in order to reduce them.

The American sheeple don't care one way or the other...

All that is important is the possibility of more stim-money...

Americans have now learned to:
