The political dirty trickster told Infowars' Alex Jones investigations by the New York AG Letitia James and and Manhattan DA Cy Vance were 'witch hunts'
Among the allegations prosecutors are investigating are whether Trump inflated the value of his Seven Springs estate in Bedford, New York, for tax breaks
They are also seeking to determine whether Trump made hush payments to two women prior to the 2016 election
Trump last week railed against the attacks, saying they were part of a long-running vendetta against him by James

Roger Stone believes criminal charges against Donald Trump are now a certainty, and is predicting indictments will land 'by the 4th of July'.
The political dirty trickster and longtime Trump ally said the multiple criminal investigations currently swirling around Trump, members of his family and the Trump Organization would inevitably lead to charges.
'I would be shocked if they did not come forward with a fabricated indictment for bank fraud or tax fraud against the former president [Donald Trump] by Manhattan District Attorney,' Stone told Infowars host Alex Jones.
'If they want to go after the president on fabricated charges, then we will establish that this is a partisan witch hunt.'
Stone continued that prosecutors would try to time the indictments to coincide with the conclusion of an audit into the Arizona 2020 election results.
New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney are investigating Trump for artificially inflating the value of his properties for tax purposes and fraudulently paying hush money to two women prior to the 2016 election.
Last week Trump tore into the criminal probe into his business dealings and attacked James for her 'witch hunt' that he claims has been going on for years.

I just have a vibe that arresting Trump won’t go the way they predict. It looks like one of history’s big miscalculations.

Thanks for confirming that. There is so much negative fabricated and written about Trump. Those articles are devoid of facts and only proffer opinion. It gets to the point that sometimes I start question what I consider facts.
Agree. After dirtying him up for a while they will realize it’s only done what they least want - put Trump back in the news and his base re-energized - so the charges will be reduced or dropped. This HSS nothing to do with actual laws being broken, ii’t only a political tool, so if it’s not working they won’t persue it.
It will be hilarious if Trump offers a plea deal in return for information about the actual criminals within the DOJ and FBI.
And we ALL know for a fact that there have been numerous Criminal actions taken and committed by a very large number of democRAT officials throughout the entire Federal and States Governments that seem to just go “POOF!” like a hummingbird fart in a windstorm.

I am not aware of even ONE violation of any IRS code by Trump....are you? Has Trump or anyone responsible for his taxes ever been charged by the IRS?
I have been challenged on multiple occasions by the IRS on deductions my accountant has claimed on my behalf. Each time the situation was amicably resolved. Most times my accountant prevailed and many less times I had to pay but much less than what the IRS thought I should.

The criminal charges are coming because the left wing enemies know that Trump and his supporters are unwilling to fight. Trump tries to deal but will not fight.

People who write the garbage that is in this article depend on uninformed and lazy people to just accept it and the ones whom do accept it do so because it is something they want to believe.
Their goal is to try Trump in a hostile venue where facts don’t matter. Unfortunately, Trump resided in that leftist venue and paid taxes there longer than he should have — a lesson for any wealthy up-and-coming conservatives.
I agree the SOL are seemingly insurmountable for the state. And/But, I don’t think it’s impossible they would indict him even if the statute of limitations had already expired. As I understand it, nothing forecloses them from obtaining such an indictment (other than ethical considerations). With the partisan hacks that are running the show in NY, they would likely see that as a victory. “Trump’s indicted and only beat the charge because of a technicality,’ they’d say.
What I’m not certain of is is NY can force another state to effect arrest for an indictment on a charge where the SOL has expired. I would be shocked if they could force extradition, but arrest might be a different story. IDK.
If they can, then getting pictures of Trump getting arrested would sure be worth it to them.

What is meant by “IRS Code is a gift to prosecutors” is the probability is high that some sort of code infraction can be found but in your case and in Trump’s case it will be a real stretch to take an infraction and raise it to some level of penal code.
But you’re not Trump. We can see what the corrupt power players have thrown at him and they will do the same with his taxes.
However, I predict the only benefit the enemies of Trump will gain from their fishing expedition is a loud media smear narrative, not any different than what was waged before.
The REAL REASON to get access to Trump’s tax records is NOT to nail him on code violations because that’s not going to happen especially with the quality of accountants he has overseeing his taxes. The REAL REASON is his taxes reveals his inner network of partners and affiliates.
When enemies of Trump learn names and faces of his inner network, those network members will be attacked and harassed as never before.
As Maxine Waters said about what their real goal was with Trump, “We gonna find out how you got yo money, where you got it from.”
This is what Cohen pleaded guilty to, and it isn't a crime. If there is potentially another reason other than the election -- such as protecting your family or protecting your brand -- then it's not a political contribution, and paying off settlements such as these, while it appears a bit unsavory, is not a crime.
The prosecutors know this, but count on nobody else knowing it.
The property owner cannot “inflate” his property value.
The Banks will do their own appraisals of value for loans on collateral.
The County Tax assessor will do their own appraisals for taxable value as well.
The case is bogus..............
