CALIFORNIA CHROME MAY BE GOING AWAY
TAKE ACTION TODAY to PREVENT a BAN on Hex Chrome
MORE JOBS LOST IN CALIFORNIA? ESTIMATED 100,000 JOBS FOR COMBINED INDUSTRY!
California Air Resources Board [CARB] is planning to phase out Decorative Hex Chrome by 2023. California metal finishers will no longer be able to provide this service.
A BAN IS EXTREME OVERKILL
FACT: Decorative and Functional (HARD) Chrome AND Chromic Acid Anodize Metal Finishing is less than 1% of total Chrome VI Emissions for the entire State of California.
A BAN WILL BE STATE-WIDE
If you are a classic automotive enthusiast who restores cars as a hobby or profession, you will have to find a Decorative Chrome Shop outside of the State. ALL PRODUCTS THAT UTILIZE HEX CHROME will be affected including machine parts, fasteners, industrial machinery, aircraft, aerospace, architectural, medical devices, fixtures, marine equipment, electric cars and bicycles! The list is too long for this flyer!
CONTACT CARB TODAY
Contact CARB and let them know how you feel about the proposed BAN. Save your business, save your hobby, SAVE JOBS and families from leaving the State. CARB is open for comments and concerns.
Tell your story… how & why this impacts you in writing so that CARB Staff can share your concerns with the CARB Board!

Correction: “CALIFORNIA CHROME MAY BE MOVING TO MEXICO”
Happened in many other areas too.
sounds like an opportunity to setup shop doing this in Reno so that these shops can outsource their needs to a somewhat local company.
Does this have anything to do with Kamala?
The California of the 20th century is dead and gone.

Why would any company stay in that state?
Along with everything else.
Hmmm...a certain large segment of their population has a very big car culture. This may not play well...
This is why there are rows and rows of warehouses and distribution centers on the West side of Phoenix...to supply Southern California
In California, that which is not mandatory, is forbidden.
Who knew that Hopium, the ethereal drug for Leftists, was also a coating for metal?
Anything that mature white people, especially men, enjoy is being eliminated. Just last week, found out that my tickets to a ball game in SF were cancelled. I’d bought three, for a couple of long-time buddies and myself Was to be kind of a reunion, and went all-out for the fancy seats. But could not be allowed to happen: canceled due to “Social Distancing Requirements”. They are drawn to any action that will deny us enjoyment. Perhaps so that we might become as miserable as they are....
Kamala wont be able to find any trailer hitches?
California is intent on getting rid of every job and form of work except for tech, and government.
It’s time to ban a cars with chrome from import to CA.
