BREAKING: New York state will adopt the CDC's new mask and social distancing guidance for fully vaccinated people starting Wednesday, the same day the three tri-states are poised to lift most remaining virus restrictions, Gov. Andrew Cuomo says.
Masks are still required on public transit, in nursing homes, in homeless shelters, correctional facilities, schools and healthcare facilities across the state in accordance with the new federal guidelines, the governor said Monday.
Private venues can still impose additional rules as they see fit, but the longstanding statewide executive order on masks that has been in place since April 2020 will be gone in less than 48 hours. People who are immunocompromised or are unvaccinated should continue to wear masks and socially distance, Cuomo added.

They continue to play the game that only those “vaccinated” are aiding against the ChiCom Virus.
Most Americans have beaten it and hold immunity who were naturally immune to it.
They are setting up a game for discrimination against people who pose no risk.

Agree....they have made no effort to confirm antibody cases. Instead of taking a covid test, they should offer an antibody test...FREE.

Indeed. We would be well advised to keep our masks on in the presence of vaxxed people since they exhale spikes and the last thing we want to do is inhale their spikes and have those spikes alter our DNA.
I don't think so. As I see it, they're setting up a game where they can say COVID has ended without ever producing any evidence of it. Here's what I predicted on an earlier thread:
1. Governments, schools, businesses, etc. will impose vaccination requirements.
2. Hardly any of them will actually be willing or able to enforce them -- partly because they may not legally be able to enforce these stupid mandates.
3. So at some point they will simply pretend everyone is vaccinated.
4. In a reversal of what we saw for the last 13+ months, they now start categorizing COVID deaths as something else -- like, "Hey, why are all these people from nursing homes dying in motorcycle crashes?"

The funniest thing is watching a birdbrain baseball player lower his mask to spit, then put the mask back up.
Note to any biz in NYS that wants mine: Continue to require me to wear a muzzle after Friday and I’ll continue shopping elsewhere.

Especially big businesses.
I can see some telling employees to get stuck or muzzle up.
If so, I see a retirement wave turning into a tsunami.
The economy is on the verge of something. If it falters now, and inflation takes hold as predicted, the Dems are setting themselves to fail.

Because if you go maskless on Tuesday in ny you will obviously keel over from the virus.
