Cassidy: For GOP to Win in 2022, We Need ‘Folks that Agree with Liz Cheney’
Breitbart ^ | May 9,2021 | Pam Key

Posted on 05/09/2021 9:39:46 AM PDT by Hojczyk

Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that if Republicans wanted to win in 2022 and 2024, they need Republicans that agree with Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) that former President Donald Trump did not win the 2020 election and was responsible for the deadly riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

Cassidy said, “What I found is there’s a lot of misinformation out there, when you listen to people, they know you’re listening, and you present the other side you get people who are least neutral but oftentimes, ‘Hmm, I didn’t know that,’ and they’ll agree with you. For example, if I’m asked about voter fraud, I point out that Giuliani, under oath, said there was no fraud.

Now, outside the courtroom, he says stop the steal. Inside he says there is no fraud. I point out Sidney Powell in March said that no reasonable person would have believed what she had said. No reasonable person. She’s playing people for a sap. Once they hear that, that gives them a gut check. When you go through those facts and others I can list, there’s a reconsideration. I’m confident that process will continue.”

Anchor Chuck Todd said, “You know Lindsey Graham said he doesn’t believe the Republican Party can grow without Donald Trump. This debate is there, right? You can’t win with him and can’t win without him. Where are you on this?”

“the attacks on the Capitol were premeditated and preplanned and those rioters were responsible for those crimes...the former president couldn’t have incited them in his speech beforehand.”

Then I guess I’m out.

So you would rather quit the GOP instead of voting the traitor RINOs out in the 2022 primaries???

The GOP is represented in Congress by way too many Never-Trumpers who were happy for us to live in the woke clown world of today if it meant cheating Trump of his victory. The GOP voters are overwhelmingly MAGA. It's time to purge these traitors and replace them with conservative patriots.

He was always a Bush League Republican, hell bent on turning the USA into North Mexico.
It is their top priority.

He was just re-elected to another 6 year term.
As was Flimsey Grahamnesty, Sasse, McConnell, Capito, Cornyn, Rounds, Tillis, Daines, Hyde-Smith, Ernst and Collins.

Assistant Democrats all.

The entire purpose of the GOP since 1989 has been to block the citizens from stopping the illegal alien inundation.

The only way they can get to Daddy Bush’s New World Order is to steal out sovereignty.

It’s very good that they keep outing themselves. We would have a much more difficult task if they were all mouthing MAGA platitudes while working behind the scenes to undermine America.

AMEN.

These RINOs have been ensconced for DECADES because they kept silent and the RNC gave them big money for the re-election campaigns. No primary challenger could make any traction against them because they had never made vicious anti-Trump or anti-MAGA statements until after the 2020 Steal.

They stole this election, what makes them think they’re not going to steal the next election? They got away with the biggest one of all... Do you think they would worry about midterms?

Then why are the RINOs doing a 180 with Lizard Cheney? If they are untouchable as you claim, then they would stick by her as they did in February. This Alexander guy is fixing to find out that he is going to get the same primary treatment as Lizard.

That’s exactly right. The Trump legal challenges were never based on fraud because they had no proof of fraud — only evidence that would never hold up in court. What they DID have was absolute proof that the loose standards for verifying ballots in multiple states made it impossible to determine how many fraudulent ballots were counted.

This jackass Cassidy and the rest of the GOP leadership ought to know two things that probably reflect the general sentiment of most Republican voters:

1. I despise Lizard Cheney.

2. I don’t just despise her because she voted to impeach President Trump, but because she uses this sanctimonious crap about upholding the sanctity of our elections to hide the REAL reason why she did it. Her vote was nothing more than an infantile temper tantrum over a U.S. President whose political career was built on a thorough repudiation of warmongering corporate globalists like the rancid spawn of the Bush and Cheney clans.

But appearing on Meet the Press with partisan Chuck Todd is a way to reach Republican voters? Why are so many in the GOP so stupid?!

They had tons of evidence... no court would listen to it

In that case, it doesn’t really matter if the GOP wins or not.

They had no concrete evidence that tens of thousands of illegal votes were cast in the election. It would take months to gather and verify that kind of evidence — and they didn’t have months to get it done.

The big step is the most difficult one.

If we cannot primary filth like this out of his Senate seat . . . if the Louisiana GOP refuses to organize his removal, then the only way to remove him is vote for the Democrat.

Endure that 6 years. It becomes PERSONAL. It’s about removal of him as a traitorous dog, and then get after the GOP leaders in the state that would not let him get primaried. They are usually State Legislature seat holders. Vote them out too, even if it means vote Democrat. Just endure the few years to be rid of them. They are swamp creatures and this may be the only way to drain them.

Whatever it takes means whatever it takes.

The ONLY reason Meet the Press had him on was because he had voted to impeach based on a popular media narrative.

The fact that my home county (Westmoreland, Pennsylvania) needed until the weekend after Thanksgiving to properly count and report their votes whereas Philadelphia, four times our size with massive morning after ballot dumps, needed less than two days tells us most of what we need to know.

Joe Xiden still might have won under the Westmoreland County system (open counting and review of ballots with all interested parties welcome to attend and review), but the odds are against it because if Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta and other suspicious places had allowed that system, there is a chance that they might have gotten the results they wanted.
