Twitter is making it perfectly clear it does not want Donald Trump’s political statements on its platform in any way, shape or form.
Since Trump opened up his new “desk” website, where users can post his statements onto various social media accounts, it seemed like only a matter of time that social media companies like Twitter would find an excuse to suspend some users who share those statements, as well.
“Twitter suspended an account on Thursday that appeared to be circumventing its ban on former President Donald Trump by posting messages he shared on his own website,” NBC reported.
“On Thursday morning, a Twitter accounts with the handle ‘@DJTDesk’ appeared on Twitter,” the report continued. “The account’s bio section stated that the handle would be featuring ‘Posts copied from Save America on behalf of the 45th POTUS; Originally composed via DonaldJTrump/Desk’.”
“Within hours, the account was suspended,” the report added.
A Twitter spokesperson told NBC News: “As stated in our ban evasion policy, we’ll take enforcement action on accounts whose apparent intent is to replace or promote content affiliated with a suspended account.”
The development of Twitter banning some users who share Donald Trump’s statements follows upon Facebook’s decision to maintain its temporary suspension.
On Wednesday, Donald Trump lashed out at Big Tech giants that colluded to keep him from speaking to the American people on their platforms.
“What Facebook, Twitter, and Google have done is a total disgrace and an embarrassment to our Country,” Trump wrote on his new digital platform.
“Free Speech has been taken away from the President of the United States because the Radical Left Lunatics are afraid of the truth, but the truth will come out anyway, bigger and stronger than ever before,” he continued. “The People of our Country will not stand for it! These corrupt social media companies must pay a political price, and must never again be allowed to destroy and decimate our Electoral Process.”
Although Facebook upheld Donald Trump’s suspension, the board called an indefinite suspension “inappropriate,” and directed Facebook to come up with a more “proportionate response.” Facebook argued that Trump “created an environment where a serious risk of violence was possible,” although there is no evidence that anything Trump said sparked violence for the pre-planned siege of the Capitol Building.
Meanwhile, Twitter is keeping Trump’s suspension in place permanently. The social media platform has been on a spree of banning and suppressing conservative voices beginning with the 2020 election.
Thus far, only a handful of governors are fighting back against the developing Big Tech oligarchy. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis supports a bill that would fine social media platforms for engaging in partisan censorship during elections.
“DeSantis’s state is on the verge of passing a bill he proposed that would fine social media companies for ‘willfully deplatforming’ political candidates,” Vanity Fair reported. “The bill, which passed the House and Senate last week and which DeSantis—who is seen as a 2024 presidential contender—is expected to sign, would dole out penalties of $250,000 a day for statewide candidates, and $25,000 a day for other candidates.”
Texas Governor Greg Abbott is supporting similar legislation.
“Americans ranging from Trump to everyday citizens have been banned from Twitter & Facebook,” Abbott tweeted. “@SenBryanHughes‘ bill in the #txlege makes this censorship illegal in TX. I support #SB12 because it protects Texans from Big Tech’s effort to silence conservative viewpoints.”
One day after Donald Trump endorses Rep. Elisa Stefanik to replace Rep. Liz Cheney in a House leadership position, Twitter suspended Stefanik’s communications director. Twitter chalked it up as an “error.”
It appears that the only kind of “errors” Twitter makes is suspending, censoring or banning conservatives on its platform.
The left is admitting loudly and often that they cannot win debates on issues with conservatives on the merits of their arguments. They have no choice but to censor.
Repeat that, or a similar statement of that fact, every chance you get. Censorship is clear evidence that they have lost all arguments.
Shut twatter down! Now!!
This^^^
It's like Conservatives continuing to support Hilter's youth because its so convienent to have them around.
Remember Blockbuster? Down to one store in the world. Let Facebook and Twitter face the same fate. They too, are drunk with power, just as Blockbuster video was.
People who can’t stop using Twitter and FB are useless going forward.
Walk left side of road . O. K., Wâlk right side of road.. o. K. Walk middle of road . Get squished". Mr. Myogki to danielson..
Didn't see THAT coming!
(Nut-Job Conspiracy Theory ping, sorta)
Because the place many flocked to, Parler, has a sketchy reputation for uptime and availability. First they get kicked off AWS, and now a supposed "upgrade" that was supposed to take a few hours has stretched into Day #3 of downtime/unavailability with no communication from Parler as to when they'll be back up.
Mark Levin was talking about this two nights ago on his radio show that he left Fascistbook and Twatter for Parler and now Parler is "nowhere to be seen." His own calls and emails to Parler's CEO have gone unanswered and Dan Bongino doesn't appear to be talking about why Parler's been down this long either.
As soon as Parler comes back up ... if it even does ... I'm deleting my account there. I've never been on Twatter and I'm not going there. I'll keep my account on Gab which seems to be far more reliable.
Hard to do when I left it long ago.
These “social media outlets”(if that’s the right word) have really got things crossed up by not allowing any of Trump’s messages out. As I see it, he did good things for our country but some apparently didn’t like the way he presented things,so are trying to “kill the messenger”. Consequently, you can see what a losing situation we currently have with this present administration & the media that supports their stupid ideas. There is no way that this will not backfire on them at some point in time. Trying to convince people that a lie is the truth is no way to go & we are hearing lies every day.
His cash cow now is Cash App.
Don't use Cash App and that will stick it to Dorsey much more than anything else.
Cash App Is King at Square
https://www.wsj.com/articles/cash-app-is-king-at-square-11620344011
Jack Dorsey's Square reports Q1 bitcoin revenue grew 1,000% to $3.5 billion - and is the 3rd-largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency
There are very good alternatives to Cash App but Dorsey and other tech punks in his caste such as Zuckerberg will buy out the competition. What is needed is to follow Senator Josh Hawley's initiative to break up Big Tech "Trust Busting" because they are creatures of Wall St investment banks which control the Federal Reserve therefore unlimited off-book fiat creation.
Conservatives who are tech savvy need to start their own currency transaction facilitator app. PayPal, Zelle and others including Cash App are all centralized which aligns with Wall St bank business models. A competing app would be decentralized blockchain based but not like the new 'Mastercard Crypto' and others who are moving to corner the market to marginalize and deny decentralized competition.
The arena of battle is centralized vs. decentralized. Once conservatives fully wrap their minds around that, it becomes analogous to other area of contention that form the history of our time. Decentralization is akin to federalism to protect freedom. The China CCP model which we are being pushed into is a centralized model that can turn our lives on and off depending on how we tow the party line. Centralized fiat is a vehicle globalists are developing to do just that.

I mean we should Draft a standard “Twitter OPUS” for people to post as they leave.
Pretty soon they’ll have no subscribers.
‘I don’t understand why anybody would stay on that useless, Anti America site.’
so as to contest with these people on ground of their choosing, as victorious armies throughout history have had to do...what gain is it to leave there and post only on websites that are echo chambers for your own opinions...?
Twitter is scared aren’t they? What bunch of jerks.
Maybe in America, but they are world-wide, so they have a plenty................There is a never-ending supply of stupid.................
Jerks, yes, scared? No.................
