President Joe Biden wore a mask outdoors during a speech in Louisiana on Thursday, ignoring updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control allowing vaccinated Americans to be outdoors without a mask.
Biden wore a mask and his aviator sunglasses during an event in Lake Charles, Louisiana, as he walked up to the podium and delivered a speech about the importance of infrastructure. The president exited a tent wearing his mask and saluted as he took the stage. He removed his mask before he began to speak.

I don’t get it. He masks up outdoors by himself. But he’s unmasked to go visit 96 year old Jimmy Carter. Then he puts the mask back on as he is leaving the Carter’s house.

To hide his drooling, or mumbling to himself, etc.
Maybe even to hide some sort of med drip of some kind.

Biden wears the aviators to disguise the blank stare, and the mask his slack jaw. This is his “uniform of the day” and we all have to participate in his charade else it’s game over for his presidency. He’s almost there anyway. Kamala is warming up in the bullpen.

I don’t think, other than a few photos that were published by the Carter Foundation (including the weird dollhouse photo), there was much recording of his Carter visit. I think the reason he’s so dedicated to his mask is that it covers a multitude of sins. That is, it muffles his voice so he can always say he was misunderstood, covers up strange facial expressions…and is a sign to the Dems to keep the fear going.
