People have made claims that they want to help Haiti for decades. Usually nothing changes for the poor. Only the politicians (both Haitian and at times American) show obvious benefit. Right Hillary? Right Bill?

IIRC, the official government definition if hunger used to be you missed at least one meal a month.
Well, using that definition I think most folks would be time hungry most of the time.
Which was fine until people caught on.
So now it’s food insecurity.
