SEATTLE - Boeing revealed in a new diversity report that it has fired 65 employees and disciplined 53 others for racist, discriminatory and hateful conduct since June of last year.
CEO Dave Calhoun said he made a vow last summer, after the death of George Floyd and the uproar that followed, to implement a zero-tolerance policy of racism and hateful speech.
"There is no place for hate within our company, and we will keep expecting the best from everyone in their interactions with one another," Calhoun said.
Along with the corrective actions they've taken, the aerospace giant also released data about hiring, showing the percentage of women and men who work at Boeing and also the diversity of its employees.

I'd love to know how "racist" and "hateful" conduct is defined. Pointing out the George Floyd had a lot of drugs in his system when he died or that he had pistol-whipped a pregnant woman probably qualifies. In August 2020
Boeing CEO pledges a 20 percent increase in black employees. Call me cynical, but to make space for black employees the company is finding excuses to fire some whites. Their knowledge of aeronautics is less important than being woke -- until the next Boeing plane crashes.

The MAX crashes were just the beginning of the end of Boeing.

Nah, forgot to capitalize the “B” in “Black” in an email.
“Boss, we need to order more black paint.” Oops! Fired.
Should have written “Boss, we need to order more Black paint.”

until the next Boeing plane crashes.
Hasn't that been a rather frequent occurrence lately? Might it be related to current employment policies. Was that wrong? Should I have not said that?

Its interesting is Intel did almost the exact same thing starting around 2010.
Many managers decided to retire instead of following HR orders.
The hiring of substandard replacements and moral damage crippled Intel and they may never recover.
Hopefully Pat Gelsinger can turn Intel around starting by firing the radicals hiding in HR dept.

So if an employee follows the typical BLM agenda and throws a brick through the office window and sets the place on fire, that person will win Employee of the Month?

Having been on the receiving end of this sort of thing, you can bet some of this is petty politics. Political correctness is a wonderful weapon for political infighting. It’s easy when the definition of racism is whatever you need it to be.

I’d love to know how “racist” and “hateful” conduct is defined.
Hate is the one that’s open-ended. In my simple mind, hate speech would be something like “I hate you!” Or “I hate you and everyone like you!” But I suspect that hate speech is really more like, “Men can never become women and women can never become men”.

If CEO Dave Calhoun truly wants to go Broke for Woke, he needs to step his white ass down and select a black tranny whatever as CEO.

True. Both Intel and Boeing absolutely love their Indian H1Bs
And that’s how Boeing will do it. Indians become black the Kamala way.

I would ask the woke CEO why he let systemic racism happen for so long at the company. When is he going to resign.
