... Steve Jobs’ history with LSD is well-documented; Bill Gates has even hinted at psychedelic use. But for Justin Zhu, co-founder of Iterable, a marketing startup valued at US$2 billion, instead of stirring a creative breakthrough, microdosing led to Zhu being ousted as CEO, reports Bloomberg....

Iterable co-founder Andrew Boni emailed staff to let them know of the decision and informed them that he would be replacing Zhu as CEO.

The email was obtained by Bloomberg and while Boni praised Zhu as a “world-class innovator and creative thinker,” he also alleged that Zhu’s actions “undermined the board’s confidence in Justin’s ability to lead the company going forward.” ...

In 2019, Elon Musk faced criticism for taking a drag off a joint during the taping of an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. Shares of Tesla fell as much as nine per cent in the aftermath and some even called for Musk’s resignation.

Musk’s joint smoking also reportedly prompted NASA to pay SpaceX US$5 million to undergo a mandatory safety review and to educate employees about illegal drug use.

dentist’s nitrous oxide....

Only had it once and loved it enormously. Did not want it to stop, ever.

I heard that young people’s illicit drug parties had a tank of it to share. Woman at work said she knew two active off duty young police officers who were at a party using it.

I never had NO2. Plain old lidocaine injections for me. Without the epinephrine, gives me heart palpitations.

I kinda sorta wish they still used cocaine. I’d forgive the palpitations if they did.

Microdots are hits of acid (LSD) on paper. They were even putting it on the envelopes sent to prisoners.

They were everywhere in the early 70’s.

“LSD is odorless, colorless and tasteless. It is sold on the street in tablets or capsules. In its liquid form it is placed in or on another substance and allowed to dry. These substances include sugar cubes, postage stamps, “microdots” - tiny balls of compacted powder, “windowpane” - small squares of gelatin sheets or cellophane and “blotter” - small squares of paper. When added to the gelatin sheets or blotter paper it is divided into small squares, with each representing a dose, then the LSD is licked off or swallowed.”

The pressure got to him. Hey , he wassn’t ready for this start up, that’s why he is being paid the big bucks and the golden parachute.

Take a pill and get back down to mid level management.

I just wrote the company about my boycotting all Coca Cola products. Not buying their product ever again is not enough, I had to write them an email telling them what I am doing.
