Using a newly developed mouse model of acute lung injury, researchers found that exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein alone was enough to induce COVID-19-like symptoms including severe inflammation of the lungs.
SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, is covered in tiny spike proteins. These proteins bind with receptors on our cells, starting a process that allows the virus to release its genetic material into a healthy cell.
"Our findings show that the SARS-CoV2 spike protein causes lung injury even without the presence of intact virus," said Pavel Solopov, Ph.D., DVM, research assistant professor at the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics at Old Dominion University. "This previously unknown mechanism could cause symptoms before substantial viral replication occurs."
Solopov will present the new research at the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics annual meeting during the virtual Experimental Biology (EB) 2021 meeting, to be held April 27-30

To characterize T cell immunity, but also for the development of vaccines, identification of exact viral T cell epitopes is fundamental. Here we identify and characterize multiple dominant and subdominant SARS-CoV-2 HLA class I and HLA-DR peptides as potential T cell epitopes in COVID-19 convalescent and unex- posed individuals. SARS-CoV-2-specific peptides enabled detection of post-infectious T cell immunity, even in seronegative convalescent individuals. Cross-reactive SARS-CoV-2 peptides revealed pre-existing T cell responses in 81% of unexposed individuals and validated similarity with common cold coronaviruses, providing a functional basis for heterologous immunity in SARS-CoV-2 infection. Diversity of SARS-CoV-2 T cell responses was associated with mild symptoms of COVID-19, providing evidence that immunity requires recognition of multiple epitopes. Together, the proposed SARS-CoV-2 T cell epitopes enable identification of heterologous and post-infectious T cell immunity and facilitate development of diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic measures for COVID-19.

They should be wearing face shields. The mask is not a biohazard because Covid is not spread through contact. You contract it through the lungs.
Nursing homes were hotbeds of Covid and all the staff wore masks. That tells you how effective the masks are.
Here is the conspiracy theory answer: The Spike Protein, that the vast majority of the “vaccines” are made of is PART TWO of the CCP Covid Bio-Weapon. Covid, reasonably harmless sucks as a bio-weapon. Combine it with a spike protein vaccine, now this is starting to look like something.

80% of the population had at least limited immunity from covid to begin with. We knew from the Diamond Princess that most passengers did not get covid. Even with those sharing berths. In my own household, I got it, 4 others in close proximity did not.

Yep the Diamond Princess was a perfect environment for a deadly virus to go absolute ballistic. But that is not what happened. Once I saw the results of this cruise ship I knew covid was nothing.
Then to watch those results be swept under the rug, and everything happen, well was quite astonishing. I never would’ve dreamed that Americans would hand over their liberty so freely.

Russia and China used fully enveloped viruses for their vaccines.
The new one coming out in the US that should have EUA soon should be one that is effective against current and new strains, including the Indian one that current vaccines don’t touch. I think it is Novavax, and they also made one against malaria. If you are waiting for one, this one may be the one to wait for (after tier II/III studies are released on it).
