Good guess. When the cause of death is heart disease and over dose and not choked out then murder is hard to prove. Didn’t his family already get 27 million.
To: janetjanet998
I think it will be a hung jury resulting in a mistrial.

They’ll be hung if it’s “Not Guilty”

It doesn’t matter what the sentence is. If he goes to jail, he will be killed.

Would they say “reached a verdict” if its a hung jury?

Derek Chauvin = Breaker Morant Thank you. I was trying to remember the name of the movie. You are absolutely correct.

I think mis-trial too.
Too many false flag killings recently. Floyd is alive. Mis-trial.

This forum is 97% not guilty
Which stands in contrast even to talk radio
Intended to assault 2nd degree murder
Wanton disregard. 3rd degree murder
Negligence Manslaughter
Chauvin called an ambulance I don’t see the first two outcomes based on that alone

Way too fast for a hung jury. I think the jurors know they must convict if they don’t want their lives destroyed.

JUROR #1: Damn Judge Cahill for not calling a mistrial due to Maxine Waters comments.
JUROR #2: Yeah, and now he tossed us the hot potato. I am inclined to vote Not Guilty but if I do, the rioters will target my home.
JUROR #3: But if we vote Guilty, it will be on our consciences.
JUROR #4: Therefore the safest thing to do is vote Guilty, then let the verdict be overturned on appeal due to Maxine Waters.
ALL JURORS: Thank you, Maxine, for getting us off the hook with your big mouth!

Would they say “reached a verdict” if its a hung jury?A hung jury wouldn’t have had such a fast decision.

Making the cop out as a hero and the victim as deserving of death is bad. The cop was wrong, deserves guilty conviction, but not under intimidation of violence by Waters or encouraged guilty decision by Biden, definitely not under threat of burning down the community and doxxing jurors. A mistrial makes a mess as well, maybe appeals court fixes it all, doubtful.

Definitely not a hung jury. If the jury didn’t reach consensus this early in the game, they would advise the judge who would invariably tell them to continue to deliberate
To: Truth29
Wonder if they even listened to testimony and considered evidence or if they just “knew” what to decide

A verdict is guaranteed. If they were deadlocked, word would have come to the who would have then told them to continue to deliberate at least another day or two. That didn’t happen.
