Five months after the presidential election, the Supreme Court said on Monday that it won't take up a case from several Republicans challenging changes to election rules in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
The unsigned ruling sends yet another message that the court's majority has no interest in relitigating the last election. Before Monday, the justices had already declined several requests to dive into one of the most litigious elections in history, denying petitions from then-President Donald Trump and other Republicans seeking to overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won.

So what! That is not an excuse for hearing evidence and making a judgement with perhaps direction to NOT in the future allow what happened happen again, ie changing rules without the Legislature approving.

He “took” -and the courts appear complicit in the taking and the coup at this point
They refuse to even HEAR a case..anywhere...which tells you how hard the oligarchy has locked down the Federal, state and local judiciary nationwide.
If the RINO-controlled legislature of PA (and GA, AZ, etc) had enforced voter ID and legislated that the cheat-by-mail-in ballots were illegal, since they were foisted on the electorate by non-legislative, leftist entities, then Trump would still be president.
These jelly-spined RINO legislatures wanted SCOTUS to take the pressure off them and rule on election law.

I don’t know how many SCOTUS judges it takes to reject a case.But there can be no doubt that the ones who did want to reject it are morally/ethically corrupt and/or afraid of a firebomb coming through their living room window courtesy of the military wing of Rat Party Headquarters (ANTIFA).
So, what are we going to do about it?
