The D.C. government has denied a pastor’s request to instate a “COVID-immune section” for fully vaccinated parishioners at Capitol Hill Baptist Church — a church that has been going back and forth with the city over reopening restrictions throughout the pandemic.
The church proposed a section of 328 seats in its West Hall that wouldn’t have any social distancing or mask requirements, but D.C. officials denied the request on Wednesday after reviewing DC Health and Centers for Disease Control guidelines.
Christopher Rodriguez, director of D.C.’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency, wrote a letter to Associate Pastor Jamie Dunlop citing the most recent CDC guidance, which allows fully vaccinated people to meet indoors with each other “in [a] home or private setting” without social distancing or masks. Rodriguez said that the COVID-immune seating section would not allow for social distancing in a public setting that includes unvaccinated people from multiple households. Stop right there. Since when does any American ask government for permission to exercise their natural, God-given rights? I have to believe that most people in America are not taught and do not understand the differences between natural law as the underpinning of our constitutional rights and positive law. It is just another failure of government schools and establishment institutions, including churches.
Because as you walk in with your mouth and nose higher than the tables with seated people and food on the table, the droplets from you have a high chance to being inhaled or eaten by the seated people.
Once you are seated, there is a lower chance of this happening.
Then what’s with all these other places where you need a mask no matter what? Then too, those droplets due to gravity will settle on you and the table you’re at.

Covid-19 has redefined airborne transmission
The virus is airborne like measles virus. It doesn’t matter whether you’re sitting or standing. It depends on how many viruses are floating in the air. Also, masks are a joke. So are the vaccinations.
Most people are already immune. The death rate for covid is no worse than the flu now.

Now consider this: In many States (Pennsylvania and Ohio for sure) the mask mandates are explicit that those in restaurants MUST wear a mask INTO THE RESTROOM where of course that cloth will absorb all toilet odors and other zhit.

Then the patron MUST wear the zhit laden mask back into the restaurant so that with every exhale the patrons innocently eating pancakes can get a dose of the restroom zhit.
