The picture of this kid with his hands up could have been taken immediately AFTER he was shot. People who have been present at shooting scenes know that only in Hollywood do shooting victims immediately fall down after being shot.
Not to mention, CBS pulled out ONE FRAME of a “video” with that over a few minutes. There are 30-60 frames per SECOND. so to pull one frame out of thousands is fraudulent when they want to depict him as standing there with hands up after tossing the gun, all which occurred in 1-2 seconds.
That’s libel against the state and police officer.

Are we allowed to ask, why a 13 year old boy is out roaming the streets in the middle of the night? What the heck is he doing out there anyway? Perhaps intemperate to ask since he’s dead, but, I can’t help but wonder if he was a gang member in training, or up to no good.
Those are two different frames. They show the action of him throwing the gun, in the second the gun is behind his body. There was no “splicing” involved.
So now Adam Toledo will be the next cause celebre in the area of alleged police brutality.
I guess Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have Permanently BANNED CBS for this False Information and Deceptive Editing right??
Worse than that, the mainstream enemdia have demonstrated that they are traitors to the United States of America.
The local CBS affiliate in LA ended this story with a quote from some family member saying that this was so sad because the kid “wanted to be a cop when he grew up”...I laughed out loud. A thirteen year old out at 2:30 a.m. with a 21 year old gang member, playing with guns...not exactly a law enforcement career path...
