Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said they are investigating a report of shots being fired at the FedEx facility in Indianapolis. IMPD officers at 8951 Mirabel Rd. said they found "multiple victims at this time."
Indiana State Police said I-70 is shutdown near the location of the shooting.

Police say they have visited his home and his identity is unknown. Sounds like a legal resident?
I see only 1 Option:
Illegal Alien with a false identity who is not a native English speaker. Throw in potentially Muslim given the massive Muslim community in the Plainfield area and it being the HQ of Islamic Society of North America and this being right on their doorstep and him yelling something not understandable during the attack.
They are going to cover this up hardcore.
