I see only 1 Option:
Illegal Alien with a false identity who is not a native English speaker. Throw in potentially Muslim given the massive Muslim community in the Plainfield area and it being the HQ of Islamic Society of North America and this being right on their doorstep and him yelling something not understandable during the attack.

I think there’s only one reason they haven’t identified this person, and that’s because it doesn’t fit the narrative they wanted to put out there. It isn’t because they don’t know who he is.
