Federal prosecutors will not charge a police officer who shot and killed a woman as she climbed through the broken part of a door during the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Authorities had considered for months whether criminal charges were appropriate for the Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt, 35, an Air Force veteran from San Diego. The Justice Department’s decision, though expected, officially closes out the investigation.
Prosecutors said they had reviewed video of the shooting, along with statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses, examined physical evidence from the scene and reviewed the autopsy results...
The Justice Department does not bring criminal charges in most police shootings it investigates in part because of the high burden for prosecution. Criminal charges were not expected in this case because videos of the shooting show Babbitt encroaching into a prohibited space, and second-guessing the actions of an officer during the violent and chaotic day would have been a challenge.

Well, information on the Capitol Police Special Agent has come out. No charges, of course. Imagine if Chauvin simple had been deemed innocent before any evidence had even been uncovered. Would there be any building left standing in Minneapolis?
The whole Jan. 6th fraud absolutely stinks to high heaven. And Grandma Nan is the cadaver at the heart of that stench. Only she could have set up this kind of “False Flag” fraud. Only she could give the order to the Capital Police to stand down and let the Trump supporters into the Capitol building. Her minions at CNN and MSNBC did her bidding by paying an ANTIFA activist to film the “insurrection.” It was a set up from the beginning, planned for weeks to destroy the presentation of the massive amount of evidence of vote and election fraud that stole the 2020 election.
If there is anything more important that to expose this crime, what is essentially the greatest political crime this century so far out of many. I am calling out to Project Veritas, to the Breitbart organization to investigate this fraud, if they aren’t already doing so.
Project Veritas is working, we see it with their exposes of CNN and Planned Parenthood. They must realize that this massive “Reichstag Fire” fraud is the single most serious threat to the future of this country, and they need to blow it wide open. I hope many here will agree.
I hope state and local LE, especially in the states where they’ve allowed themselves to be used to harass fellow citizens over WuFlu beefs, take note of this.

I think this is the wrong move, but it does seem to be at least something definitive about it not being a congressman that did it. The whole cufflinks stuff to me seemed a pretty conspiracy goofy.
What a double standard. In this case, we mustn't "second-guess" a police office during a moment of "chaos".

First of all, I don’t think it’s “David Bailey,” whose name has been floating around. Secondly, I don’t even think he’s black...he didn’t look it in the video that I saw. He looked like an older white man in a nice suit (a lot like a Congressman), and furthermore, I don’t think he was even a cop. The whole scene was very unprofessional, there were a number of real cops all around, on both sides of the window, who didn’t seem particularly upset, and, according to some people here, his manner of shooting was not professional, because he “leaned into” the shot.
I think they’re covering up something much worse than an unjustified shooting by a law officer.

Babbitt’s family intends to sue so I suppose his identity will have to be revealed sooner or later.

This will never, ever be closed until Ashli’s killer is exposed and charge in both criminal and civil courtsl as well as his protectors and their motives.

Pretty hard to have a trial with no evidence or crime.
No crisis actor willing to risk jail for a theatrical performance .
This no trial proves to me it was a false flag to avert the vote fraud.
To stop the examination and debate, stop alternate delegates from voting trump into office.
