HUNGRY McDonald's customers were met with a brutally honest sign explaining why their Big Mac and fries might be a little late.
The branch in the United States went viral after a small yellow sign that said their staff "didn't want to work anymore".
Above the order here instructions, the sign read: "We are short-staffed. Please be patient with the staff that did not show up. No one wants to work anymore."
The blunt note was spotted by Brittany Jade on TikTok and posted a video of the hilarious sign.
"Y'all. Our McDonald's is savage AF," Brittany wrote in the caption.
In the comments to the video, many have shown their support to over-worked staff.
One person wrote: “So true, don’t get mad at the ones there working. They aren’t the reason it’s short-staffed.”

Ain't that the truth, the welfare payments now exceed 50k.
Is this your insipid question?
One of the first things the soviets learned upon taking over was that nobody wanted to work anymore since it didn't matter, so they made it illegal to NOT have a job for over a short time, and the soviets were more than happy to throw your butt into prison to work on their equivalent of a chain gang somewhere very cold.
Wait until the blamtifa tools and purple haired freaks find out that there's no such thing as a free lunch.
Serious question here--what does "learning to code" get you?
It won't be a decent paying job because all the H1Bs are forcing downward pressure on wages. It won't be an easy job because supporting that code is a 24/7 job. It won't be advancement because mgt these days consists of foreigners who will only promote their friends.
I've been working in IT for over 30 years--10+ years at my current employer, and I've given up on advancing any more. Now I'm just putting in time to retire.
That’s how the Dnieper Dam got built, slave labor.
Yup,
Workers now are
Blamers.
It was a different world in the 50s. I’m guessing you weren’t around back then.
I wasn’t. I’m just saying this country is wayyy too liability-centric for that to work now. Just a comment, sorry if that wasn’t clear.
I think it’s more complicated than just wages. It’s business competing against a government welfare state ( why work when you get paid for playing Nintendo at home), kids are no longer encouraged to take entry level jobs (an attitude problem of both the kids and their parents), and the whole COVD response has given people an excuse to believe the don’t have to go to work to get paid.
It gets you no where, that is why I say it. It is sarcasm. the globalist have ruined life in the USA expect for the very stupid criminally poor who do well and the "rich".
Thanks in huge part for Clinton’s most favored trading partner setup and nobody else pulling the plug either after the horse got out of the barn. If by the mid 2000s decade we would’ve clamped down hard, it could’ve been different. Pretty much too late now though.

Not only Clinton.
Bush, Bush II, Obama and Biden opened the floodgates to Cheap Indian Labor. This doomed the formerly well-paid American white-collar worker to a life of minimum wage hell working starter jobs they are ill-suited for.
You better be stashing alot of that $3900 a month-—IT isn’t going to last forever.

Only need to survive on it until July. (It’s set to run until September).
New job starts in June in the UK... pays about 80% of what I used to make (unemployment is not even half), but it’s far greater than ANYTHING available in the Denver area.
You’re right. And the Republicans, especially the neo-cons were absolutely were and are a major part of the problem. Nobody *really* wants to shut the borders. Not even Trump, who increased legal immigration. Legal and H1Bs are, to me, actually worse than illegal because it’s state sponsored terrorism imposed by the state on the middle class.
Cannot find anyone to hire as we reopen the economy. The unemployment federal $300 bump needs to stop.
———
Agreed. But only if the Cheap Indian Labor Express is stopped. I’m one of those permanently unemployed American Software Engineers you keep hearing about in the news.
Worse, I’ve been on a payroll competing with H-1Bs for survival my whole life...
———-
Same. Until H1Bs are stopped, I’m not employable. No one wants a 55 year old software generalist with 30 years of experience that can easily switch tasks and see the whole picture. They want some coder with a one-week certificate from an unknown, unaccredited “school” in India.
Funny, today’s situation on the border is much worse, but those young kids in the working age group will be happy to have that McDonald’s job in a few months. Years ago it was field workers while Americans sat in unemployment roles or welfare roles.
————
Forget the border. Most college graduates in STEM degrees can’t find work after graduation. 200k in the hole with student debt, just to see American companies hire OPTs and H1Bs by the hundreds of thousands.
The new Popeyes by me has a sign for $13.50 starting pay.
Only certain hoods have this problem.
