I'm old enough to remember when Abe Foxman ran the ADL and he made demands like this all the time. That's the only reason I know his name, frankly. Because he was always calling for someone to be canceled. He was an early adopter of cancel culture.
I have no idea who took it over after Foxman retired, probably because whoever it is does not commonly call everyone he disagrees with on any topic an anti-semite and demand they be cancelled.

Actually "replacement" isn't Tucker's theory. It's the left's plan and Tucker is simply identifying it.
I have seen this recent backlash against Tucker per the use of this wording by lefty groups online. I guess, finally ADL felt they had to act. I watched a lot of Tucker Carleson, I didn't see him as a bigot.
Purely political, as the ADL has become since Jonathan Greenblatt left the Obama administration and was hired by the ADL. Despite no prior experience, to my knowledge, in combatting antisemitism. Yes, Foxman would take positions which could be labeled political, but also combatted antisemitism. Under Greenblatt a report was issued this year about antisemitism in Iran's educational system. The first time the ADL appears to have noticed in six years.
The replacement is in full swing. Pointing it out is now called racist, like saying “It’s OK to be White.”
The ADL needs to cease to exist.
