To mask or not? Physician calls them 'a ticking time bomb'
World Net Daily ^ | 9 April A.D. 2021 | Bob Unruh

...Dr. Joseph Mercola, a New York Times bestselling author, wrote in a column published by NOQ Report that they [masks] are a "ticking time bomb," because of the multiple threats they pose...

"When you wear a mask, tiny microfibers are released, which can cause health problems when inhaled. The risk is increased when masks are reused. This hazard was highlighted in a performance study to be published in the June 2020 issue of Journal of Hazardous Materials," Mercola wrote...

"In a study of 83 adults with lung cancer, those with advanced-stage cancer had more oral commensals in their lungs than those with early-stage cancer. Those with an enrichment of oral commensals in their lungs also had decreased survival and worsened tumor progression," he explained...

His concerns about the health impact of masks where echoed by Dr. Jane Orient of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.

"Some worry that mask components may be the new asbestos, inhaled all day long from a source right in front of your nose. Health Canada has issued a warning about blue and gray disposable face masks, which contain an asbestos-like substance associated with 'early pulmonary toxicity,'"...

She said the masks, made in China, were part of Canada’s public school reopening plan.

"The masks contain microscopic graphene particles. Graphene is a strong, very thin material. Some daycare educators had expressed concerns when children complained that they felt they were swallowing cat hair," she said...

Dr. Jim Meehan, an ophthalmologist and preventive medicine specialist, identified 17 "ways that masks can cause harm."

They include adversely affecting respiratory physiology and function, raising carbon dioxide levels in the blood, trapping exhaled virus, lower oxygen levels, providing a false sense of security, compromising communications, making exhaled air go into the eyes, and collecting and colonize viruses, bacteria and mold...

Graphene in the disposable masks. Thats what they’ve found.

Cancer risk, does similar damage like asbestos.

If what this attention seeking author pontificating is true, Muslim women should have all died from cancer long ago. Travel in a predominant Muslim country and you will be amazed how many women are REQUIRED to cover their entire face in Burqa.

Unless the mask is made from asbestos, data says cotton is a safemask material. People in Arabia have been covering their faces for thousands of years in cotton material.

It’s time for the era of mask wearing to come to an end. It borders on child abuse to require kids to wear masks unless they have a real medical (i.e., non-Fauci) reason for doing so.

“People in Arabia have been covering their faces for thousands of years in cotton material.”

Was the Cotton material made in China ?

In any case the History of the Burqa may be different than you think

Before the gender apartheid instituted by the Taliban beginning in 1996, Afghan women enjoyed many liberties, such basic rights like universal suffrage and equal pay, which was ensured by Afghanistan’s Constitution written in 1964.
Even up to the early 1990s, a large percentage of urban women participated in the workforce, and since the 1950s, girls in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, and other major cities attended schools.
Half of the university students were female; women made up forty percent of Afghanistan’s doctors, seventy percent of its teachers, and thirty percent of its civil servants (Stabile & Kumar, 2005).
Women in Afghanistan had a lot of mobility and presence in public life, and while many of them wore head scarves as part of their religion, they did not wear the burqa.
The burqa was originally worn by very few Muslim women— it was traditionally worn by the minority Pashtuns in the very conservative and rural parts of Afghanistan.

Don’t even get me Started on Iran...

I agree masks need to end in April 2021. My point was not pro-mask, my point is cotton material masks have no history of producing lung cancer. There are more Muslims in the world than any other religion, and they have been covering entire faces with Burqa for many centuries.

These worthless scare tactics which are baseless do more harm to get rid of masks than just plain saying no to masks.

I grew up in a Muslim neighborhood in India. I saw plenty of women wearing burqa in 1940’s & 1950’s. I came to USA in 1960.

Dr. Jane Orient of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons is as conservative and logical as they come. I have read many of her articles on a wide range of subjects.

People in Arabia have been covering their faces for thousands of years in cotton material.

And dying young too.

And having the highest level of retardation in the world.

Yes, I understand. On the rare occasions where I wear a mask (e.g., going to a doctor’s appointment where they require it) I occasionally can feel myself breathing in a fragment of the mask (mine are neither cotton or N95). And, less frequently, like the complaining school kids I can feel something caught in my teeth. And the kids saying it felt like inhaling cat hair was an apt description.
