Former President Donald Trump, in an announcement made through the Save America PAC Friday, gave Sen. Marco Rubio his endorsement for the Florida Republican's 2022 Senate bid for reelection. "It is my honor to give U.S. Senator Marco Rubio my Complete and Total Endorsement," Trump said in the statement provided to Newsmax Friday morning. "Marco has been a tireless advocate for the people of Florida, fighting to cut taxes, supporting our Second Amendment, our Military and our Vets, a strong national defense, and all of the forgotten men and women of America." He added that Rubio "worked with me to reform the VA and help our small businesses grow, and with his help, we achieved the lowest ever unemployment for women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and almost all Americans. Together, we worked closely with the Cuban and Venezuelan communities, and have made great progress." Rubio also served as the Senate Intelligence Committee chairman, Trump noted, and "ruled that 'President Trump was in no way involved with Russia,' as he presided over the Senate Intelligence Committee on the FAKE Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax. Marco will never let the great people of Florida, or our Country, down!" Rubio was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 2010 and ran for the presidency in 2016. He serves on several Senate committees, including Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Foreign Relations, and is the ranking member of the subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, Transnational Crime, Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights, and Global Women’s Issue. He is also vice-chairman on the Senate's Select Committee on Intelligence, and of the powerful Senate Appropriations Committee. He lives in West Miami with his wife Jeanette and their four children.

hmmm
The only thing Micro Rubio is a tireless advocate for is amnesty for illegal aliens and a permanent majority for Democrats.
We will never Make America Great Again by re-electing Assistant Democrats.
Another Trump Faux Pas
It wouldn’t be difficult to find someone better than Rubio. Rubio sat on his hands the entire time Trump was being robbed and yet Trump endorses him. Disappointing to say the least.
Give us a team of 80% conservative candidates - instead of the 50.01% types we have now who are waiting for the latest poll before switching to 49.99% - and we will be in much better shape.
Agree.
“we achieved the lowest ever unemployment for women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and almost all Americans.”
Almost? Did he leave anyone out? Those are the groups that voted for him in overwhelming numbers in 2016 and 2020.
Rubio? Good grief. About the nicest thing one can say is that he’s better than Romney. Florida can do better.
Marco will never let the great people of Florida, or our Country, down!”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He did in 2013 when he lead the Gang of Amnesty, he will when he votes for amnesty again, although it won’t be his FOURTH amnesty vote like Flimsey Grahamnesty.
I really, really like Trump.
But these disappointments mount up. Supporting Rubio is just wrong. He’s not a good guy and everyone knows it.
Ugh! Sorry to say he did a lot of this while President. How are they ever going to drain the swamp when he keeps endorsing the swamp? I thought he was going to recruit candidates who thought like him, or at least were allied with him.
Is Trump going to show up at the foam rallies?
Trump may be good, but his choices of people have been awful!
Trump endorsed Romney, too.
And apparently did not learn anything from it.
This is what I was talking about the other day.
How can we primary out the dead wood when Trump keeps endorsing them?
The election is 18 months out. Primaries a year out. An endorsement today doesnt mean much.
Re “ difficult to find someone better than Rubio. ”
There has to BE “someone” willing to run for it first.
Realpolitik
I repeat for the 100th time here that by 2022 Trump will have expelled a relatively few RINOs (e.g., Romney, Liz Cheney) and coopted everyone else. He aims to win, and a larger pool of staunch backers beats a smaller pool.
Also, do not assume that his chosen strategy 2015-2020 Q4 is his best strategy going forward. I expect him to communicate less often but with broader and less pugilistic messaging, to focus on building his super high potential platform and for a time to aggressively consolidate rather than spend down his political capital. The left is stuck pursuing much egregiously bad policy while Xi, Putin, every constituency in Central America, etc is testing the left’s reckless behaviors. He is letting them dig themselves in ever deeper.
And what goes for Rubio also goes go Pence, who is reviled here but will soon be fully rehabilitated.
Hahahahah! Where are we at now 11D chess?
