Boarder crossers are usually to light skinned. There should be a push to have them open a recruitment center in the Congo - lots of very dark - even totally pitch black people to hire via affirmative action.
So, United Air Lines doesn’t want any more White Men flying their airplanes. OK, this White man won’t be a problem. I won’t go near one of their planes, ticket counters, or geegaw shops.
Additionally, I’ll badmouth UAL as fools and spineless jellyfish who ignore passenger safety in favor of idiot racist nostrums. Too stupid to put safety first is too stupid to be trusted with the lives of paying passengers.
I couldn’t care less about a person’s color or gender who is piloting my aircraft, as long as they are fully trained and highly qualified!
BTW, who was stopping Blacks and women from applying for training positions at United to this point anyway? Has United been stopping Blacks and women from applying to training positions?

That is because well qualified pilots know how to actually know how to fly a plane. Take it off auto and fly the plane.
I wonder how many pilots are actually trained since so many come from the armed forces.... So essentially they are going to hire people the government would not?

Today, they would not be washed out, nor would the Regime’s FAA dare tell them to go elsewhere.
Sitting on a United flight at ORD just had the pilot come out and talk to the passengers. Flew Warthogs for over 20 years. I feel like I’m in very good hands.

Your damn flight deck needs to reflect the best skilled pilots you can hire.
Affirmative action always lowers standards to meet its quotas.
This has been proven in every field of endeavor for close to sixty years.
Lowering standards for pilots means lower safety for passengers.
If United wants to go there, reasonable people won’t want to go anywhere with United.
Because that’s the SAFEST thing to do, right?
