I couldn’t care less about a person’s color or gender who is piloting my aircraft, as long as they are fully trained and highly qualified!
BTW, who was stopping Blacks and women from applying for training positions at United to this point anyway? Has United been stopping Blacks and women from applying to training positions?
Affirmative action always lowers standards to meet its quotas.
This has been proven in every field of endeavor for close to sixty years.
Lowering standards for pilots means lower safety for passengers.
If United wants to go there, reasonable people won’t want to go anywhere with United.
