Three known members of the Wolverine Watchmen will stand trial but will not be charged with terrorism for allegedly participating in the plot to storm the state capitol and kidnap lawmakers.
Joseph Morrison, Pete Musico and Paul Bellar, who is not pictured, were in court Monday.
They are three of the several men arrested on domestic terrorism charges for the plot against the state capitol and state lawmakers, including the governor.
The judge Monday ruled against the terrorism charge, but each man still faces at least 20 years in prison for other charges.
The attorney general says she will explore all options for reconsideration of the terrorism charge moving forward.
There is nothing to see here. All appears bogus, instigated by FBI informant.

Their snitch brings something up, the others say something like.... yeah, that would be cool.

What would we do without the FBI creating fake crimes for them to investigate? I guess they have been bored since moonshining became less popular

Yep. If you are in a militia, you can guarantee that there is at least one FBI informant. Usually it’s the guy instigating that you do something illegal.

The State of Michigan is also looking into state level charges against these men, so this is far from over.
I thought the men were members of the “Boogaloo” bunch. I think they were caught because someone heard them singing “Boogaloo Down Broadway”.
This charging/new charges will be interesting to follow because I don’t know of any Antifa arrests for attacking federal buildings and killing the police/judicial staff inside, at least yet. Some have been arrested for arson but I don’t know of any organized crime/terrorism mass arrests (and in Oregon/Washington State, you won’t esp. with our new cowardly fool AG Merrick Garland and what is left of the Obama Deep Staters and newly appointed Biden/Harris/Ombama/Clinton hacks.
Let’s say I don’t have much faith in a number of states’ law enforcement agencies esp. at the local levels as well as at the US DOJ.
I’ve worked with both the OLD FBI and DOJ and this new bunch isn’t trustworthy or competent in SOME areas. (There are a lot of good, honest, efficient FBI/DOJ law enforcement officials out there risking their lives fighting drug cartels, organized crime, and foreign terrorists. I respect them, esp. as my son was a federal police officer and his training was excellent).

What could the state of Michigan charge them with if the feds couldn’t make a case? They didn’t follow the Governors Covid protocols when they where discussing the kidnapping?
If it wasn’t for the FBI, we wouldn’t need the FBI!!!
