He was guest speaker at an NRA sponsored dinner banquet back in 1999. He seems like a genuinely nice person

Some in the Nixon Administration thought he was nuts. On one occasion, he supposedly held his hand over the flame of a candle in a restaurant to show how tough he was. His burns were so bad he had his hand wrapped in a bandage for a while.
I could picture Liddy doing something like that too!
One another occasion, he got himself over his fear of rats by catching one, cooking it and eating it.
Anyway, he was definitely a colorful character.

I remember him talking about the rat story. In fact, it was in his book “Will”. He was quite the character.

I was an avid listener of his radio show. I also went to see him when he came to Louisville while doing a tour across the country. He autographed a picture of himself for me.
RIP, G-Man

Great man.
Honorable man. An example to all about men of character and courage.
His book “Will” provides an excellent insight as to how and why he turned out the way he did.
His prison stories were awesome.

He treated the Washington Post with the disrespect it deserved. He called it "Washington's quaint little alternative newspaper."
I still don't know what really happened in Watergate.
Thanks for the radio shows, and R.I.P.

His book “Will” does an excellent job of describing how the whole thing was planned and executed.
