Apostate churches SHOULD shut down permanently.
There are plenty of churches preaching they are not okay with that.
I keep emphasizing in my church to drop the praise band and emphasis on emotionalism. Focus on the Bible and explain it in depth. Stand for something and don’t waiver. Put some content into the service that will challenge people to think not just get tingles in reaction to a rock beat.

The Catholic Church has been dying and now with a pathetic Pope and the lawsuits sucking everything out of it,the death is progressing faster. I also see so many of these super liberal churches. The left pretty much has destroyed Christianity at the higher organized levels.

Me right there. We are the church and I go to fellowship where the spirit leads, home studies, and good Christians brethren. I fit the Mark9:38-41 story these days

We left one Church when the long respected Sr. Paster retired and a woman paster took over. Didnt sit right, and it’s not sexist, just not biblical

Latin Mass attendees are like Dungeons and Dragons devotees who reproduce, and there is no guaranteeing that their kids will share mommy and daddy’s hobby. We shall see.
At this point, your friends would appear to represent a skewed sample. Spend some time among college kids.
I have five kids--who have all picked up the hobby without turning up their nose at a reverent Novus Ordo Mass. Four are adults, the eldest married with two kids so far, the next two engaged to lively, like-minded Catholics.
Their (many) friends are on a similar track. There's been a real culture shift out there.
