I’m the Atlantic. I’ve been told I had a European quality; maybe that’s why. But I think the Pacific is prettier.
It is prettier, but the Atlantic is more....emotional?
I don’t know who you’re watching regarding storms but there aren’t any anywhere close to us. A nasty-looking line is moving across IL and there are storms down around New Orleans at the moment.
We’ll have a round of storms come through Thurs. morning and another round will come through TN in the afternoon/early evening. That round will most likely miss us. No tornados expected but wind and rain are a concern.
Glad you don’t have pain to contend with tonight. Sounds like your dentist did a good job pulling the tooth.
He is good. I didn’t even feel a thing when I was going to sleep. Usually I do.
It’s something that NOAA [I think] see coming to the same area as last week but starting tomorrow or Friday. Parts of TN are in a storm area...and not sure how close it is to you. I was watching part of it on hurricanetrack.com’s Weekly YT update. Of course, no one ever has a real clue. LOL!
Ok, it’s been a long time since I had to go to a dentist. Thanks to inheriting Mom’s crappy teeth, mine all came out several years ago.
When did they start putting people to sleep to pull one tooth???? It used to be a couple of shots of Novacane and yank. LOL
So you were seeing a forecast? I thought you were talking about current storms.
Yes, we’re in a Level 3 threat alert here for Thursday but it’s mainly for strong wind during thunderstorms and for flooding. From what they said tonight, we’ll get a good dose Thurs. morning but the evening round will most likely fizzle out and just give us a little rain. West and north of us will get the heavier hits then.
I had him do it. I didn’t want all the pain that coming down from Novacane always caused. This tooth barely bled maybe for an hour. And I didn’t FEEL all the digging around.
Yeah, it wasn’t current. Brett was tweeting about the strong chance of lots of tornadoes. So the Live Storm Chasing site should be busy for the weekend.
I guess they were doing it on request back when I still had teeth but I never had one pulled until they all had to come out. I was definitely knocked out for that! The oral surgeon headed up the dental school at UNC at the time and he was reeeeeeeeally good. I only needed to take Tylenol afterwards, there was so little pain.
Any chance we’ll get to see you on America’s Funniest Home Videos as you started waking up? LOL
I imagine there could be worse storms south of us Thursday. Nashville’s only talked about TN during their weather reports. Our forecast can still change and tornados be part of it. This time of year, we have to be ready for anything when these fronts come through. Hubby and I are paying close attention.

H!!LOL! Nah, it wasn’t that bad. Just a bit loopy for a bit and then I walked to the car. Came home, got online for a bit and then took a nap. I don’t know what he uses, but I wish I had some of it every night. LOL!
Glad you’re paying attention and I hope the tornadoes never happen around your place. Too much mess to clean up after....at the very least!
