Local reports say that six people are believed to have been killed by a shooter at a Colorado grocery store as video captured multiple people lying wounded inside and outside the supermarket.
While police have not confirmed any deaths, Boulder authorities said in a tweet that the incident unfolded just before 3pm local time at a King Soopers grocery store.

I hear you, but try to figure out how that works: Do you get a group together on Facebook and expect to NOT be ratted out? Nope. Do you go to the Dark Web and try to recruit compatriots, knowing that half of the people joining are either FBI agents or FBI informants? Nope. Do you just run outside and start taking out people in law enforcement? I doubt it, assuming they haven’t done anything to you and they have families too. Do you and some people get together and go to DC to ‘make a point’? Probably not, considering that those who went were ratted out by Bank of America, their Credit Cards, their phone carriers, their license plates, and their car manufacturers. And those who were arrested are looking at 10 to 35 years for going into the Capitol Building, after being invited in.
When you think it through...they got us, which is why I fought so hard to try to keep the Senate, at least.

Assuming that your license plates don’t trigger alarms as you try to sneak over to your friend’s place. Just leaving the compound subjects you to their cameras...so think really hard, before even doing that.
I expect the Republicans in the Senate to buckle to the upcoming gun control push, not necessarily because they support it, but because they know that Manchin now has the power to end the filibuster and get gun control (which Manchin desperately wants), with or without Republican support (thanks again, Lin Wood).
The Republicans will figure, correctly, that they CANNOT win that battle, so they will (temporarily) save the filibuster for future battles.

I think someone said that because the shooter was wearing shorts. Just shorts. No shoes, no shirt. There was snow on the bushes in the photos. I am thinking the guy is a pothead and may have had a psychotic episode. Not uncommon, especially in Colorado.

Used to go to that particular King Soopers almost every day after work when I worked in Boulder.
