I think someone said that because the shooter was wearing shorts. Just shorts. No shoes, no shirt. There was snow on the bushes in the photos. I am thinking the guy is a pothead and may have had a psychotic episode. Not uncommon, especially in Colorado.
I’m thinking the police stripped him down before taking him into custody. Some on site said it looked like he was in boxer shorts
