For Christine Liwag Dixon and others, the bloodshed in Georgia — six Asian women among the dead, allegedly killed by a man who blamed his “sexual addiction” — was a new and horrible chapter in the shameful history of Asian women being reduced to sex objects.

Elaine Kim, who is Korean American and a professor emeritus in Asian American studies at the University of California, Berkeley, recalled being crassly harassed by white young men while she was in high school. Later in life, one of her white students made sexualizing comments about the Asian women in her class and lurked outside their apartments.

God white men are just the scum of the earth. The professor should review her history and look up Korean Comfort Women and the Japanese occupation during World War Two.

I’d guess that none of what she said is true, although the word “crass” covers a lot of ground. I’d bet they were commenting on the size of her schnoz.

A lot of the brides that GIs bring home from Korea or Thailand are bar girls in their native country. Some of them of my acquaintance(‘80s) were very nice women. Many of them were shameless tramps.

Maybe not this massage parlor,but many need to be asked how the man that is ultimatley at the top of this business treats them. It is trafficking in many many instances. I listened in person to an authority talk of women coming from China with promises and when they arrive, they are taken to be trafficked in places like this. If they try to leave they are told their family in China will be punished. If they happen to get to know a client to well, they
are packed up and moved to another city, so they never get comfortable. They can rarely leave the facility either.
