MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Prosecutors have charged the first Minnesotan accused of being involved in the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
The FBI says 31-year-old Jordan Stotts from Moorhead was arrested Friday by the Minneapolis branch of the FBI. Stotts immediately made his first appearance in U.S. District court in Bemidji, where he was released on a $25,000 bond with travel restrictions.

It was not an insurrection. It was a coup and the people were protesting the ruling Junta. Mostly peaceful though I might add the bastards behind this theft deserved a lot more trouble than what happened.
I cant see this ending well but it will take time to unite us all in a way that can change it....

Just more proof that the FBI, CIA ,NSA and Homeland Security are completely corrupt. Pure unadulterated evil at work. Why do so many people in government hate the American people? I think it is because they have infiltrated by the Chinese Communist Part. Bad people who get up every morning and do more bad things. Where are the good people? The election was rigged, we all know it and these people get up every day and cover it up. In our media and in our government. Why?
I can’t speak for other Freepers but if *I* ever decided to engage in insurrection I’d be armed with something more than a flag and a cell phone.

The irony of all this is that the demographic involved in the “insurrection” is the best armed demographic in the country. I would bet my last dollar that a large majority of the people at the protest are gun owners, and know how to use them.
Trespassing is the only charge any rally participant (not insurrection) should be guilty of. Maybe a small fine at the most. However, is it trespassing if police opened the door for you? Maybe accidental trespassing? IMHO, the only serious crime anyone should be charged with is the “woke” policeman who shot Ashli Babbit.
Then again, as I recall, those were all “peaceful demonstrations.”
Why do bank robbers rob banks? Because that is where the money is! They get to rip off the World for trillions. Why the world continues to lend money to a nation clearly heading for bankruptcy is now the 'why' question to answer.

Exactly, Minnesota was terrorized all summer yet crickets from the Justice Department and FBI. FBI...come on man.
Were any of the ANTIFA or other leftist people who entered the Capitol Building charged with anything?
After he left the Capitol, Stotts posted a picture to his Facebook page with the caption: “Patriots! I got kicked out but I’ll be back!” The picture shows his view looking back at the crowd on the Capitol steps. That Facebook picture, and other posts, ended up being used against him. Investigators say one of Stotts’ former classmates took screenshots and turned them over to the FBI.
Facebook and other major social media sites are hotbeds for wannabe nazi types who are eager to gain favor with authorities by turning in their friends, family and neighbors for the crime of not being compliant citizens.
