The idea that we can change human behavior by transforming infrastructure is one of the basic ideas of Socialism.Just look at Europe. That continent has a first-class passenger rail system, gas costs up to 8 dollars a gallon, London has a congestion tax downtown, and DUI laws are much more stringent than in the US, but people still love, love, LOVE to drive their own automobiles.

That’s funny, I blame Fraudxi for funding off shore research into “gain of function”. Everyone on earth knows how sloppy China is with this kind of technology, even the French that built the lab had grave concerns over China’s ability to maintain containment.
