A 20-year-old Philadelphia man who was released from prison early Thursday was shot and killed after gunmen in a car chased him back onto prison grounds, authorities said.

OK looks like “random gun violence”, and no one saw a thing.
I am guessing he might have been targeted by a gang, or some bad family history.
Or it could just be a random gun violence incident, in order to show how bad guns are.

Maybe 1am is not the best time to be looking for a ride outside a Philly prison.

What is there to fear? The chance of getting caught is small. The Chance of getting convicted is even smaller yet. And the chance of being executed for murder is non-existent.
Prison is just a place to get an advance degree in crime.
