Former President Barack Obama on Wednesday urged for an “alarming rise” in anti-Asian violence to come to an end after a white man confessed to killing eight people, six of which were Asian, at massage parlors in Atlanta metro area.
“Even as we’ve battled the pandemic, we’ve continued to neglect the longer-lasting epidemic of gun violence in America. Although the shooter’s motive is not yet clear, the identity of the victims underscores an alarming rise in anti-Asian violence that must end,” Obama wrote on Twitter.

If the perp had been black the story would have been he had mental problems or the killings were the fault of guns and 'gun violence' (and guns should be banned) or that it's racist to say he represents a problem in the black community. The story would be "complicated"...

They’re pushing innuendo stories that Asian Americans have been shunned and whispered about for the Wuhan Virus that came from people arriving from China to infect Americans.

There are several stories today with racial attacks on Jews, non-Jewish elderly white people, and Asians. The suspects are blacks — not that you could tell from the article, which buries the description, name, and even photo in most circumstances.
