“Run Herschel, Run!”: Trump Calls on Herschel Walker to Run for US Senate, Petition Launched Online

Former president Donald Trump is calling on Herschel Walker, former running back at the University of Georgia and in the NFL, to run for US Senate in 2022.

Trump released a statement Wednesday that read: “Wouldn’t it be fantastic if the legendary Herschel Walker ran for the United States Senate in Georgia? He would be unstoppable, just like he was when he played for the Georgia Bulldogs, and in the NFL. He is also a GREAT person. Run Herschel, run!“

There has been chatter online about a Walker Senate run going back to late February, and it seems Trump is serious about trying to make that a reality.

If Walker were to run, he would square off against Raphael Warnock, the Democrat pastor who defeated Kelly Loeffler in 2020. Although Warnock just took office, he will need to run again in 2022 because Loeffler filled the remainder of Johnny Isakson’s term, a Republican who retired in August 2019 for health reasons.

A petition to draft Walker for US Senate was created in January 2021

“Herschel Walker is an American Patriot and a successful professional athlete who stood with President Donald J. Trump and Georgia voters,” the petition says. “Now we must send him to the United States Senate to fight back against the failed Biden-Schumer policies that are bankrupting our nation and destroying President Trump’s America First legacy.”

While we are at it, Herschel's son, Christian, is a very witty and provocative "Free Speech Radicalist" online. He isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I suspect he's drawing more young people to MAGA than anyone else out there. His Starbucks ordering is hilarious,

I might move back to Athens just to vote for Hershall Walker. Of course, since Athens is a lot like Asheville and Mayberry combined, I might have to move again after the election.

We’ve seen how celebrity candidates are just plain a bad idea. That said, Walker has a history showing that he has thought things out, and has an understanding of how ideas go together.

That GA Senate election should be questioned I wish Trump did this REVIEW THOSE GEORGIA SENATE ELECTION RESULTS

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.

Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

Yeah, I thought it was a good symbol of Herschel encountering his opponent (in a Senate run), and annihilating him.   They do have some other "gifs" of him in running plays out there, but it was a little harder to see his number in some of those.   (Here's a few of them.)
